After completion of my training as an expert in tourism I worked for several years in the catering and hotel sector, up to becoming managing director of a hotel.

Since 1998 I have been working as a freelancer in the marketing and sales sector, but also in project and key account management. Thanks to my professional expertise and my wide range of experience I can supply references from a diversified and successful field of work in the following sectors: project management in the construction sector, business consulting, car dealership management, automotive suppliers, industrial agencies and leisure parcs.

I focuse on analysis of demand and implemetation of optimised work flow, as well as on further support in achieving ISO 9001 certification and controlling of quality management.
 

I develop target-oriented solutions in order be able to realise visions and ideas and to implement concepts conclusively. I pay particular attention to clearly described processes and comprehensible strategies, which guarantee quality control in cooperation with the responsible employees.

Optimized IT communication, which is integrated in the work flow at every moment, helps actively to ease the workload of the entire personnel and to achieve more effective teamwork. In this context I also offer product-specific training and in-house IT user workshops.
